The Bird Key Real Estate market has remained fairly stable this year with 6 homes sold through Feb compared with 5 last year. The median sale price has remained stable as well only decreasing $25,000 to $1,025,000

434 Meadow Lark in Bird Key just sold on 5/4/11 for $950,000.  This 4 bd 4 ba canal-front home was originally built in 1978 and featured a new roof installed in 2010.    This home was listed at $1,250,000 and was on the market for only 94 days before someone found this fabulous deal and put it under contract!  I believe that $950,000 was a great price for a good canal-front home in Bird Key
